At Harper & Halifax, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a clear and transparent return policy below.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically delivered.

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping and customs fees.

Undamaged

In original condition

With all tags and labels still attached

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not allowed and may be refused.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@harperhalifax.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will receive return instructions along with the return address of our international supplier.

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace), as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Liability & Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages if the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Providing an incorrect shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
